Personal Information defined is any information concerning the personal or material circumstances of an identified or identifiable individual. An identifiable person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, by reference to an identification number or to one or more factors specific to his physical, physiological, mental, economic, cultural or social identity.
Personal information shall include but is not limited to: identifying information such as name, home address, home telephone number, e-mail address, Social Security number, financial information and employment–related information such as may be found on resumes, applications, background verification information, or in employment references.
Grace Designs does not collect personal information of any kind.
Collection and Use of Employee Personal Information
Grace Designs collects information from its employees and applicants (human resource data) in connection with administration of its Human Resources department. These would include: job applications and hiring procedures, compensation and benefits, performance appraisals, training, and bookkeeping records. It is the policy of Grace Designs to keep all past and present employee information private from disclosure to third parties.
There are certain business exceptions and they are:
1. To comply with county, state or federal agency requests;
2. Inquiries from third parties with a signed authorization from the
employee to release the information.
3. For written verification of employment requests, information will be
provided on the form only when it is accompanied by an employee’s signed
authorization to release information. The form will be returned directly to the
requesting part and filed as part of the Human Resources or Payroll department
confidential records.
Collection and Use of Customer Information
Grace Designs does not collect any customer Personal Information. The only customer information we have is the Purchase Order number, store number, phone number, contact person and address of where to ship product to.
Delivery Information may be provided to a freight company (Fed Ex freight company) in order to fulfill an order or provide assistance with an order.
There is no sharing of any personal information for any purposes.
Storage and Retention of Information
Grace Designs insures that all orders that are processed are safeguarded against loss, modification, disclosure, or other misuse. All reasonable steps are taken to prevent unauthorized use of disclosure of any customer order information. Grace Designs only retains information about each purchase order for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes of “on time delivery” of each order received. We take all reasonable steps to insure that all orders are accurate, up-to-date, and complete.

Information relating to International Store Locations
Grace Designs ships bulk product stateside to a DAI approved international distributor. The international distributor determines the freight forwarder used to ship product to Europe. The International Distributor then determines and distributes the product to individual store locations. Grace Designs does not receive or gather any personal information relating to any franchisees located in the European Union.
Grace Designs adheres to the same level of protection as DAI Privacy Policy.
