WARRANTY INFORMATION
Products will carry a
limited one year warranty of craftsmanship and material from date
of purchase. During this time, Grace Designs will credit, at its
discretion, items found to be defective (excluding installation, removal
of products from boxes and damage done by shipping the products to
destination. ) Additionally this excludes water damage to grapes or berries by cleaning products not approved by Grace Designs. DO NOT USE WATER OR LIQUID OF ANY KIND to clean silk plants with berries-ONLY FEATHER DUSTER. Any liquid fluid will damage berries and silk foliage. Grace Designs is not responsible for original manufacturer defects. Grace Designs gives no other warranty expressed and implied and will in no way be liable for more that the invoice value at time of purchase. Product Variations: The planters are finished by hand to provide an authentic Verdigris finished look; variations in finishes are not considered defects.
